Our primary shipping service is USPS Ground Advantage, ensuring reliable and timely delivery for all your purchases.

 

Shipping Services and Charges

Service Used: We exclusively use USPS Ground Advantage for all our shipments. This service offers a cost-effective and efficient solution for ground shipping across the United States.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, the estimated delivery time for USPS Ground Advantage is 2-8 business days, depending on your location relative to our fulfillment center. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package's progress directly on the USPS website.



Shipping Restrictions

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time beyond the estimated 2-8 business days.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Reporting Damage: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can address the issue with USPS and facilitate a resolution.

Lost Packages: In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with USPS to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will discuss the next steps.


Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on how to return an item. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
